Correct. We charge 0% commission on all auction sales across every plan. You keep 100% of the hammer price. Our revenue comes from subscriptions and a 2.5% success fee on marketplace sales only.
On the Starter plan, you can have up to 3 lots per auction and 1 auction per month. When you need more, upgrade to Professional for up to 50 lots per auction with unlimited auctions.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. If you downgrade, you'll keep your current plan until the end of the billing period, then move to the lower tier.
Auctioneer subscriptions are billed via PayFast (credit/debit cards or instant EFT). Buyer payments for won lots are made directly to the auctioneer via EFT — Awkies doesn't process those payments.
No contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Buyers pay the hammer price plus any buyer's premium you set. There's no platform processing fee — buyers EFT the total directly to the auctioneer.
