Returns may be considered in the following circumstances:
Item received is significantly different from the description
Item is damaged during delivery (if delivery was arranged by the auctioneer)
Contact us within 48 hours of collection/delivery
Provide photos and detailed description of the issue
We will review and respond within 5 business days
Buyers should inspect items carefully before bidding
Minor wear, imperfections, or signs of use are expected in most items
"Sold as-is" means no returns will be accepted for that item
